Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@justabunchofstuff.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is not in its original condition or if the return does not follow the guidelines outlined above.
